Doors will open at 2pm each day. All good things must come to an end, right? We'll shut the festivities down around midnight each night of the festival.
Route 91 Harvest will be on the world famous Vegas strip at Las Vegas Village, directly across from Mandalay Bay and The Luxor and well within walking distance from many hotel resorts. If you need to hitch a ride, Uber and Taxis are available to drop you off near the festival site. We also have free shuttles running from the following resorts:
- MGM Grand
- Circus Circus
- Monte Carlo
Nope. We welcome all ages, and children 6 and under are free!
There's no general public on-site parking, so you'll need to park at your hotel/resort and walk or take one of our resort festival shuttles. For ADA parking, we have spaces available just outside Gate 4a on the east side of the festival property, off Giles St between Reno Ave and Mandalay Bay Rd.
Nope, leave those handmade lariats at home. Only approved and licensed vendors are allowed inside the festival.
Of course! You are welcome to come and go as you please as long as you are wearing your bracelet and it has not been stretched, taken off or tampered with.

Yes, most passes sold are General Admission with the exception of Neon Lounge Reserved. If you have Neon Lounge Reserved access, it will be located adjacent to the Main stage but not directly in front of it.
For ADA seating, please come to the event on day of show and our staff with getcha situated there and then! Both wheelchairs and motorized scooters are welcome at the festival. We'll have ADA viewing platforms near the Main Stage for your convenience.
We don't want you to miss any of the fun, so only 3-day passes will be available for this event.

It saves time and is easy to use! Cashless is accepted at select bars, food vendors and festival vendor tents.
It's free to sign up and also free to use at the festival.
No financial information or billing info is stored on your wristband. The PIN you choose when you sign up will always be required to make a purchase.
It sure is! It works along with your credit card so it carries all the same security features and protection. You will also set up a PIN number when you set up cashless so no one else will be able to use it without that PIN number.
The wristbands will be shipped out approximately 6 weeks before the festival date!
Passes are available here at RT91Harvest.com or at the following *MGM Resort properties at the Box Office or Concierge:
*MGM Resort property sales are for new sales ONLY. Will Call pickup is not applicable to these locations. After you purchase at a box office or concierge, you will receive a VOUCHER that can be exchanged for a wristband at the festival.
You may bring a low -profile beach chair or standard bag chair with you to the festival. Chairs will only be permitted in the Chair Corral area. Once it is at capacity, your chair will need to be checked at our "Chair Check" next to the corral. Chairs will not be permitted close to the Main Stage or Neon Lounge. Please be courteous of your neighbors and area is first come, first served.
Uh, it's Vegas right?! You bet! With valid proof of identification, you can purchase a variety of alcoholic drinks on site. We know it's Vegas, but please drink responsibly.
You may bring in (1) gallon-sized clear bag of snacks and (1) 16 oz. full plastic water bottle per person and must be in a factory sealed bottle. In addition we will allow EMPTY water bottles, CamelBaks, Bota Bags and the like, all which be filled at our FREE water station inside the Festival Site. All containers will be subject to inspection at the gate to the Festival Site.
Yes! We'll have Guest Services at the festival set up at a couple different booths around site for you all.

Ground will mostly be concrete but we will have a section of the festival near the Main Stage covered with AstroTurf.
There are options to purchase bottled water but we will also have FREE water stations at the festival.
